More to Come

So I've found a nice website where I think I can upload unlimited everything. Sorry for the last disappointing post; I haven't really recorded anything for a while that I mean to upload.
HOWEVER, I did record something during Thanksgiving that I enjoy. It's probably not the best recording because it was super windy for my little afro windscreen, and I didn't know what I wanted out of the recording, but I like it. It's like a small adventure. I'd suggest wearing headphones.

So, I recorded something tonight. It was actually really nice, but...well, I accidentally turned down the output volume on the recorder rather than the input volume, resulting in massive clipping.
Sorry guys....

I got a bow for violin. Unfortunately, I don't know how to play the violin, so I used the bow for my bass. With the funky pedal. Then did some stuff to make it sound even weirder.

13th, on a different piano that is actually in tune. Unfortunately, it takes a 2 hour drive to get to it. Has a nice warm sound (in my opinion). Actually EQ'd, because I thought the piano was worth it :)

I need to find things to field record. This was just a really quick test with some eq phases. May be a bit quiet.

Kick and Cello

Found a really strange sound with the kick drum. Then added reverb. However, the sound didn't come out as weirdly as I wanted, so I added cello.

Piano Improv 7

Seventh Piano improv, right after the piano got tuned. Edit!! The piano tuner didn't tune the piano right. Everything is a half step flat. Perfectly a half step flat.

Field Noise One

Rather than playing the piano for today, I have some ambient noise samples that you should hear. They sound like white noise, and if you listen closely, you can hear little children yelling. Have funnnn! The piano is tuned, so I should have some nice things coming shortly.

-I'll describe the process of getting these sounds if you like:
I went to the beach while people in their beach clothes looked at me, for I had a towel (to use as a wind screen), but no water attire. The lifeguard stared at me as if I was going to kill myself by...drowning. I then pulled out my futuristic recording device and just sat there. And that's how I got these sounds (the recording is 2 merged into one with crossfades).

Also, if you have any ideas for nice sounds for sample recordings, could you possibly post the ideas below? I have an ocean nearby, so I really only record that. I need some cool new sounds guys!

I got impatient with this one, because I usually do everything similarly and it got kinda repetitive, so I'll probably either find something else to record along with these improvs or just listen to a bunch of piano music to figure some stuff out.
